Hi there, I recently took Emirates Airlines Buffalo Office and had a fairly smooth ride, even though there isn't a physical Emirates office in Buffalo itself. I had heard incredible things about the airline's service, so I was looking forward to trying them out for the first time. Booking my flight was easy—Emirates' website is extremely easy to use, and I was able to choose my preferred flight times, purchase additional luggage, and even choose my seat with ease. As I had a connecting flight via New York (JFK), I did have a few questions about the procedure, such as how to transfer luggage and what the airport experience would be like. Instead of searching for an office in Buffalo, I went ahead and called the Emirates helpline. I was attended to immediately, and the representative provided me with all the details I needed. She was detailed and polite, and I felt much better with my travel arrangements. The only thing I did miss was not being able to pop into a local office in Buffalo if I had any last-minute questions prior to my flight, but the convenience of calling or using the Emirates app more than compensated for this. The app enabled me to check in ahead of time, monitor my flight, and receive real-time notifications regarding boarding, which was extremely convenient. After settling into Emirates, everything was lovely—giving leg space, good menu choices, and a huge inventory of in-flight movies. Flight staff were highly professional, and I tended to be very generous. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Emirates. Though I would have loved to have a local office in Buffalo, the airline's customer service and online resources left me feeling as though I had everything I could possibly need. Would fly Emirates again in an instant!
