Hi there! Traveling with Emirates Airlines Office in Buffalo was somewhat of an ordeal, particularly as there is no standalone Emirates office at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Upon arrival, I did not know where to head, as there was no Emirates desk or office that was clearly visible. I later spotted their tiny service desk within the terminal, and the personnel working at that desk were promptly available to serve me. Although it wasn't the most glamorous arrangement, I was able to check in without a hitch, and the staff were more than accommodating with all of my questions. That being said, lacking a physical office space within the airport required me to use the customer service phone number for more extensive inquiries, which was not super convenient. Still, when I did call, I was blown away by how prompt the service was and how knowledgeable the attendants were. They were able to answer every question I had regarding luggage, flight adjustments, and seatings. Even though there isn't a physical office at BUF, my Emirates experience was great. The in-flight comfort, service, and overall experience were world-class, just like always. So although I'd love to have a direct office at the airport, I'd still highly recommend flying with Emirates because of their great service and reliability.
