I anticipated mayhem because I had a morning flight, but I was pleasantly pleased. The Southwest terminal was pleasant, orderly, and serene. The TSA PreCheck process was easy. Early in the morning, the positive attitude and helpfulness of the Southwest Airlines SAN Terminal staff made a difference. Before boarding, I got a coffee and took in the scenery via the large windows. Fantastic beginning to my journey!
