Through direct collaboration, we ensure monthly royalties are paid to Artists based on a profit-share arrangement, while offering fair, ongoing employment to Artisans who handcraft and hand-paint each unique piece. We pride ourselves in nurturing long-term relationships with our family of Artists and Artisans, ensuring the core of our business is ethical, sustainable and fair to these communities.
