Home & Lake (Britton Kinnard)

Home & Lake assists clients in navigating the Nashville real estate market with a focus on waterfront properties and the unique lake communities surrounding Nashville.

I live on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN, just a short commute from Nashville, where I wake up each day feeling incredibly fortunate to have the lake as my backyard. The lake is my playground, my tonic, and the reason I founded Home & Lake—to share that joy with others by guiding them through the unique considerations of lake home real estate. Whether you’re selling or seeking a lakeside property, or a home nestled in one of the nearby communities, I’m here to help you make that dream a reality.
