National Awards 2024 : 70th National Film Awards

     While the 70th National Awards 2024 for the year 2022 has been announced by the Central Government, President Draupadi Murmu honored the film artists at the awards ceremony held in Delhi yesterday. The 70th National Awards were announced by the Central Government on 16th of last month. This notification has selected the best movies for each language. These awards have been announced for films released in the year 2022. Among the films released in Tamil, the first part of Ponni's Selvan received the most awards. Also the first part of Ponni's Selvan was awarded as the best Tamil film. Similarly, Dhanush starrer Tiruchirambalam won two awards.
