I had access to the United Club Lounge in Terminal 2B, which provided a comfortable space with free food, comfortable seating, and a great view of the airfield; boarding was on time and well-organized, with clear announcements and polite staff; the entire United experience was polished and professional; I wouldn't think twice about flying with United again in the future.
