Hello, Let me begin by saying — the Qatar Airways Lusaka Office is a treasure in terms of customer service. I went recently after having problems purchasing a multi-city ticket online. I didn't know whether to call or pop in, but I'm happy I went for the latter. The office is in a central and safe location, and the organization within is neat and friendly. I was greeted at reception, assisted with signing in, and seated while I waited. The employees were dressed neatly, friendly, and actually seemed to be quite knowledgeable. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Brian (I hope I got that correct), who was patient while I detailed my convoluted travel schedule. He took his time to check various route combinations, analyze fare configurations, and walk me through each one. He even printed out backup flight combinations so that I had time to deliberate before making a payment. What impressed me most was the professionalism. No haste, no harassment — just an honest attempt to assist me to get the best out of my ticket. I also saw other customers being served with the same courtesy by the team, one of whom was an elderly man who appeared befuddled about his travel dates. They were considerate and polite all the while. Before I departed, I received all my confirmations in writing and via email, and even received travel suggestions for my Doha layover. It's that kind of attentive, whole-service thinking that builds Qatar Airways a solid reputation. Highly recommended for any traveler in Lusaka!
