The moment we stepped into the office, we were greeted with smiles by the staff, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. The office itself was tidy, up-to-date, and well-organized, with ample room to sit as we waited for help. We were all reserving tickets to a group excursion, and the staff was extremely patient in responding to our inquiries and giving extensive information regarding the flight options. They assisted us in determining the best routes, provided advice on baggage allowances, and even recommended premium facilities that we had not considered beforehand. Their detailed orientation was incredible, and we greatly appreciated the extra effort they made to make us satisfied with our reservations. Most striking was the courteous, professional attitude of all the people we dealt with. They listened carefully to what we needed, and it wasn't an instant sale at all. Rather than treating the process as just transactional, they ensured we knew every aspect of our booking, from check-in arrangements to in-flight amenities. We were all then buzzing with excitement to depart on our flight when we departed the office.
