Hi there, I don't normally write reviews, but after my recent experience with the Delta Airlines Paris Office I felt it was the least I could do. International travel can be draining, and when things go awry, one can feel so helpless. This is precisely how I felt when I missed my layover Delta flight because of delays on another carrier. I was stranded at CDG airport, frustrated and confused about what to do next. A rapid Google search brought me to the Delta office in Paris, and I'm so glad I located them. From the instant I stepped inside, I was welcomed with a smile and a sense of empathy that immediately made me feel more at ease. A Delta representative by the name of Marc took the time to actually hear what had occurred. He carefully checked my reservation, searched for flight availability, and even called another office to confirm availability. His commitment was remarkable. Not only did he get me rebooked on a flight a few hours later (and in the same fare category!), he also coordinated behind the scenes to get my bags on the new flight. That level of coordination and planning is a rarity these days. What really stuck with me is that I never felt rushed. They treated me like a person, not a ticket number. That kind of care made a stressful day so much easier to deal with. I did make it home safely, with my bags, and a very positive impression of Delta's global support. A huge thank you to the entire Delta Paris Office staff. You've gained a lifelong customer in me!
