These days, it is not common to encounter such focused in-person service, particularly since so many carriers use call centers or websites as a means of interacting with their customers. Being able to have a physical facility in the British Airways Office in Atlanta that offers face-to-face assistance is a huge bonus. It instills a degree of trust and confidence, particularly for regular worldwide travelers such as myself. Big thumbs up for the staff keeping up such exceptional standards.
