It can be quite daunting to book a flight with a group of friends, but the great service we were given at the Delta Airlines Beirut Office made our experience absolutely wonderful. We had been told Delta's customer service was great, and a trip to the Beirut office proved it was true. As soon as we entered the office, we were welcomed by a friendly smile from the staff. The office is modern and inviting, and the agents were keen to help. We were assisted by a member of staff called Nadine, who was extremely friendly and professional. She went out of her way to explain everything thoroughly, from the various flight choices to the many amenities Delta provides onboard. One of the highlights was when Nadine assisted us in looking at the options for our friends' group. We needed to make sure we were all in the same group so we would be seated together on the lengthy flight, and Nadine found us ideal seats. She also went out of her way to look for the best prices available and make some upgrade suggestions, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of care and attention we were given at the Delta Airlines Beirut office was the difference. It was obvious that the staff truly cares about delivering an excellent customer experience. I felt confident and excited about the trip after leaving the office, knowing that everything had been taken care of.
