Hi! I went to the Emirates Airlines Brisbane Office the other day to sort out a few issues surrounding my booking, and although the staff were welcoming, my experience was a bit mixed. The counter staff were courteous, and they did try to help me with most of my queries, but I didn't think the waiting time had to be quite so long. There was a huge queue when I went, and it wasn't long before someone came to serve me. The office itself is in a good location, which is a bonus, and the overall atmosphere is professional and hygienic. The only reason it didn't quite get five stars from me is that I didn't think the communication was as clear as I had wanted it to be. For example, I asked about the cancellation policy that wasn't fully explained, and I had to request clarification on it. While the experience wasn't terrible, I believe there is potential for improvement in the area of efficiency and concision. That said, the staff were friendly, and the location is convenient, so I will still consider returning for any future questions. Just be sure to have a little patience if you go during peak times!
