Hello! A bunch of friends and I just went to the United Airlines Houston Office and I must tell you that it was an absolutely amazing experience. We needed to adjust our flight schedule because we were all going on vacation together. We were juggling several persons and locations, so I was a little anxious about the procedure. However, we were welcomed into the office with such professionalism and warmth that I felt comfortable right away. With all of our inquiries and demands, the employees at the United Airlines headquarters in Houston were extremely kind and patient. A fantastic representative assisted us, taking the time to go over our options and make sure we were all happy with the modifications. She not only successfully rescheduled all of our flights, but she also provided us with some excellent advice on how to maximize our trip. Given that we were a group with different needs, I was rather impressed by her level of understanding and friendliness. We all felt much more assured about our next trip by the time we left. Our expectations were genuinely surpassed by the quality of customer service we experienced at the United Airlines headquarters in Houston. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent service and support, and my friends and I all agreed that we would absolutely return for any future travel requirements. We are grateful to the United Airlines staff for making our trip arrangements so simple and stress-free!
