This made the experience slightly frustrating, especially when I was on a tight schedule. However, once the right agent took over, my issue was resolved swiftly, and I left the office feeling satisfied. In summary, the Turkish Airlines office in New York has great staff who genuinely care about customer service, but the organization and flow of operations could be improved. Despite the hiccups, I would still recommend it for anyone needing assistance with Turkish Airlines, as the overall attitude and professionalism of the staff make up for the occasional disorganization.
