Hello there, My friends and I had such an effortless experience at the United Airlines San Diego Office recently that we couldn't help but rave about it after we left! We were organizing a reunion visit to New York—six of us traveling together—and had attempted to book online, but found ourselves stuck attempting to utilize a couple of travel credits and mileage points simultaneously. It became messy, and the last thing we wanted was to be separated across various flights or seats. So we chose to play dumb and visit the San Diego United office in person—and holy guacamole, what a fantastic decision. The employees were very friendly and weren't put out at all by our team of gabby, slightly anxious adventurers. They remained patient, even-keel, and even managed a couple of quips with us, which eased some of the tension. They helped us apply our credits and miles properly, confirmed that we’d all be on the same flight, and got us seats close together. One of the reps even gave us tips on when to check in to increase our chances of upgrading. They truly went above and beyond. It's not often you see in-person airline service this casual and accommodating. If you happen to be in the San Diego area traveling with family or friends, I highly suggest stopping by the United office. They are pros at what they do and make the entire experience so much smoother. Once again, thank you to the United crew for making our vacation a success!
