My friends and I had such a wonderful experience with the Emirates Airlines Office in Venice  that I felt compelled to write a review. We were traveling in a group and had a couple of problems with our booking (our own fault, really—someone got the dates mixed up). We thought we would go to the local Emirates office and see if they could sort us out. To be honest, we didn't really have high hopes, but the staff totally exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warmth. The individual who was assisting us was extremely informed and made time to hear our circumstances without pushing us along. They went through all the possible solutions, and although it did take some time, they remained patient throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was how sincerely they wished to assist us—not just to get us in and out the door. The staff got everything in order, and we even had improved flight timing on our original plan! We were all relieved and totally impressed. They also offered us useful tips on checking in early online and handling baggage so that we don't waste time at the airport. It's not often you receive this sort of face-to-face service these days, so we're truly thankful to the Emirates Venice staff. They made what could've been a stressful experience into a good one. Highly recommend it if you're in Venice and require help with your Emirates flight!
