Description
I had both positive and negative experiences with Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal. Although contour lines moved slowly, self-service kiosks made check-in simple. Although security was well-run, there were lengthy lines during busy times. Although the airport was spotless, there wasn't much seating close to the gates, which made waiting uncomfortable. Although the announcements should have been more explicit, the boarding process was organized. The service was quite basic overall, but the staff was professional. The seats were close together on board, and all amenities cost extra. Although the flight was reasonably priced and on schedule, it would have been better with better comfort and communication.
