The organization works in collaboration with the government, civil society, and other organizations to create a secure environment for women to lead a life of dignity and respect. It also works to provide support and guidance to women who have faced domestic violence, sexual harassment, or exploitation. Tejaswini Samajik Sanstha also provides training programs and workshops on self-defense, financial literacy, and leadership skills to help women become self-sufficient and independent.
