We begin with site inspection, feasibility studies, defining the scope, cost estimation, and project strategy. Our team assesses constraints, logistics, budgets, and schedules. You get a clear roadmap before full commitment.
Once feasibility is approved, we coordinate architectural-structural design, MEP planning, logistics strategy, risk mitigation planning, and procurement schedule. Here, value engineering helps optimise budget and performance.
With the plan in place, on-site monitoring begins: progress tracking, quality control (through our integrated material testing lab), safety audits, schedule adherence, cost control, and communication management. Daily/weekly reports keep stakeholders informed.
Our internal QA/QC lab supports in-house testing (e.g., concrete, steel, aggregates) under ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL certification. We also coordinate compliance with regulatory bodies, safety protocols (ISO 45001), and environmental requirements.
As the project concludes, we ensure systematic handover, commissioning, performance testing, defect liability management, and final documentation. Our PMC role doesn’t end when construction ends; it includes making sure the asset delivers.
