Techmindz, the learning and development department of Ndimensionz, provides cooperative-level, candidate, and institutional training. Our main goal is to equip students with the necessary training to enable their placement in the industry and prepare them for the workforce, especially those who lack technical skills.

In order to accomplish this, we use a special training methodology called the Scaffold Learning Integration Method (SLIM), which prioritises group activities to improve the candidate’s overall growth. We establish a cooperative learning environment with SLIM that allows students to build cooperation, acquire real-world experience, and hone their problem-solving abilities.
