At SQRE we believe in making prime real estate investments accessible to everyone, not just large investors. Our platform showcases indicative and future third-party opportunities for individuals to co-own, develop, and profit from high-value residential plots in key markets like Gurgaon. By simplifying the traditionally complex and capital-intensive real estate process, investors can participate in property development with smaller contributions, offering the opportunity to experience dual returns of investor and a developer.

Each real estate project will be managed through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which holds the asset and ensures transparent governance. Investors will become shareholders in such SPV, giving them direct ownership in the project. Investors shall maintain full control over their investments, from acquisition to development and sale.

Additionally, SQRE takes on the operational burden by entering into Property Management Services Agreement to manage every stage of the process, from property acquisition to sales, through third-party professional companies to minimize risks. For security and transparency such SPV shall share periodic MIS and Investors can monitor their investments through detailed reporting on a user-friendly dashboard provided by SQRE.​
