Description
Varicocele occurs in 10 to 15 percent of men and is diagnosed at an early age during the reproductive years. It is due to the dilations of the veins within the scrotum due to the blood accumulated over time, ultimately leading to pain, swelling, and even infertility problems. Most of the surgical procedures are successful but come with complications, including infection, scarring, and extended periods of recovery. Not all patients would like to opt for surgery.
