Active HR Plus is overall HR, IR and Admin Solution Provider which is founded by Mr Sanket Mistry with vision to providing quality and transparent services to client.

He holds a Master’s degree in HR & IR from University of Pune & PGPM – Finance from VIM, Pune.His educational background complements his HR expertise, making him well-rounded in the field.

He is an accomplished HR Specialist with over 16+ years of experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Throughout his career, he has been associated with reputable organizations like L&T Hydrocarbon Ltd, TATA Projects Ltd, Condor Footwear and Neo Structo Group.

He is a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in leading and working with diverse teams in challenging environments. He has ability to manage grievance investigations, resolve labor related issues, and implement performance management systems further demonstrates his effectiveness as an HR Specialist.

He reflects his dedication to his profession and his pursuit of excellence. With his wealth ofexperience, leadership skills, and expertise in HR, he is well-equipped to make significantcontributions to this company.
