Our Firm was founded by Carlos E. Silva and Jorge E. Silva, whose inspiration to challenge the establishment came through a personal tragedy.

Silva & Silva is uniquely qualified to handle cases of great complexity, particularly in the area of medical malpractice. A board-certified physician works in-house to review medical records and consult with retained medical experts and academics from top universities and medical centers in the United States, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, and Duke, to name a few. The physician is also an attorney, and his review of a medical record includes not only his medical perspective but also the analysis of legal causation.
