This license issued by the Authority and they make sure the necessary guideline following or not. That your food products meet the safety standards set by the government, building trust with your customers and allowing your business to operate legally. Understanding FSSAI Licenses

FSSAI offers three types of licenses based on the size and nature of your food business:

1. Basic Registration: For small businesses with an annual turnover of up to ₹12 lakhs. This includes local vendors, small eateries, and home-based food sellers.
2. State License: For medium-sized businesses with an annual turnover between ₹12 lakhs and ₹20 crores. This category covers mid-sized restaurants, food manufacturers, and storage units.
3. Central License: For large businesses with an annual turnover exceeding ₹20 crores or those involved in import/export activities. Large-scale manufacturers, importers, and exporters fall under this category.
