At KC Home Services, home means everything. Our story began with Tom Condon, who traded his machinist tools for sunshine and a dream in Southern California. That dream turned into a legacy, now three generations strong. From Tom’s first plumbing license to Kevin Sr.’s founding of KC in 1988, and now with Kevin Jr. by his side, our family has always believed in honest work, high standards, and treating customers like kin.
