Wilford H. Welch

Wilford H. Welch, author of In Our Hands and The Tactics of Hope, has spent over five decades exploring global challenges. As a U.S. diplomat in Asia, consultant across four continents, and publisher of a global affairs magazine, his work reflects deep international experience.
