Linksys Velop Setup

Prior to beginning the Linksys Velop setup procedure, there are a few things you must perform. 

Install the Linksys application first. Check to see if your WiFi gadget isn't connecting to any other WiFi networks after that. The modem needs to be connected to or associated with a parent node.

Choose one of the Linksys routers or nodes you are using or owning, connect your modem or other internet source to the router's or node's internet port, and turn it on. Next, arrange all of your child nodes in close proximity to the parent node. Verify that there is no more than a 10-foot space between the parent and child nodes. During the installation procedure, make sure that no additional wire is connected to any other Linksys child node port. Afterwards, launch the Linksys app, select Setup a new WiFi network, and then select Velop and Mesh WiFi routers. You'll be prompted to turn on Bluetooth later. If you would rather not use Bluetooth when configuring the Linksys Velop node, then you can configure it by WiFi instead. Turn the Velop node if you have already connected. Hit on next and click on its connected option.
