I started one of my favorite travel experiences at the Sriwijaya Air Office in Bali. Instead of just being a place to buy tickets, the office, which was in the heart of Denpasar, was the beginning of an incredible adventure. The personnel welcomed me, offered advice, and helped me plan a last-minute vacation to Lombok. Because of their experience and local understanding, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What was most obvious was their genuine enthusiasm. In addition to selling me a ticket, they stoked my enthusiasm for travel.
